En Gedi Retreat Facts
What is En Gedi Retreat - A free vacation and retreat
home for
pastors and missionaries, a 501 (c) 3 organization.
The Purpose - To keep pastors and missionaries "Rested,
Refreshed, and Renewed" in their service to the Kingdom.
Location - Fish and Cross Ranch in Yampa, Colorado,
(a 4,000 acre ranch), 30 minutes south of Steamboat Springs.

What have we been doing?
While we have been
raising money to
build the "final" En Gedi Retreat home, Fish and Cross Ranch has
graciously allowed us to use their guest house and cabins to host
pastors and missionaries over the last two years.
- In 2008 Butch Dougherty donated a cabin to En Gedi Retreat.
The cabin is currently located in Steamboat Springs. In 2009 we
have been raising funds and preparing a site at Fish and Cross
Ranch for this new cabin, called The Lance Cabin. Once this cabin
is at the ranch and ready for occupancy, we will be hosting pastors
and missionaries on a full time basis (but will still be raising money to
build the final En Gedi Retreat home, a 2,500 sq foot home.)
A special thanks to Distinguished Builders, Jake's Drafting, Mountain
Pine Design Works, and others that are donating much
needed time and expertise to get this cabin moved to Fish and Cross Ranch so full time ministry can
begin as soon as possible. Please be in prayer for this huge blessing
and task ahead of us.
DONATIONS NEEDED
The estimated cost of moving The Lance Cabin to Fish and Cross Ranch,
building a foundation, permitting and all the utility hookups is only
$50,000. This is a tiny cost to allow us to start our ministry
work full time. We are still about 5,000 dollars short of our
