We believe that before you know what our staff members do, you should know who they are, and before you know who they are, you should know the heart they have for YOU! En Gedi Retreat is what it is because of these men and women and their dedicated service to the Kingdom of Christ.

Gary & Judi Ogle
Directors of Pastoral Support
Gary and Judi serve as Co-Directors of Pastoral Support. They focus on the pastors and missionaries before and after their stay at the En Gedi Retreat. Keeping in alignment with En Gedi’s mission, Gary and Judi do not offer formal counseling, but are always willing to lend a listening ear and establish mentorship relationships with the pastors and missionaries that stay at En Gedi.
Steve is the Legacy Director and has been with En Gedi since 2010. As the Legacy Director, Steve is responsible for all things children at En Gedi Retreat. As the son of a pastor, Steve knows well the struggles that PK’s (Pastor’s Kids) face and strives to minister to their individual identities. Steve is married and is the father of three kids and a grandfather to a small army of grandchildren.
