En Gedi Retreat is primarily available to lead, full-time pastors and full-time in-the-field missionaries and their families. Servants filling these roles are given priority in booking and may request bookings up to nine months in advance (ex: June 1, 2024 we take reservations through February 30, 2025, and so on. See the chart below to easily figure out when to book). –  We also serve worship leaders, youth pastors, and other full-time ministry workers directly involved in pastoring, teaching, and leading. Servants filling these roles primary work must be the spreading of the gospel/discipleship. Those filling these roles may request bookings up to six months in advance.

People we love, but do not serve: volunteers, building staff, secretaries, tech ministries, finance ministries, assistants, Christian teachers, college professors, and para-church organizations, etc.

If you send a request prior to the booking time, it will not be considered. (nine months for lead pastors and six for others)

• We are Free (but we exist because people donate, so if you or your church can donate, please consider doing so)
• We are open use – There are no programs here to follow.
• We are first class. The house is beautiful and well-equipped.
• We are non-denominational. We accept most denominations, however:
• If you have a modern prophet who is writing/adding/deleting scripture, we ask that you not book with us
• We believe that marriage is only between one man and one woman, and we believe that abortion of any kind is outside of God’s will.  If you believe something other than that we ask that you not request a booking with us.
• We do not allow pets or service animals of any kind for any reason. Please do not ask for a waiver; the answer is always no.
• Our home can hold 6 people total, but no more than 4 adults at a time. 
• Booking can be as short as 3 nights but no more than 6 nights. We do not accommodate people “traveling through” or looking for temporary housing.
• Once you request a booking you will be sent a full welcome packet with more fun details, which is required reading prior to confirming dates.
• We do not “hold” dates for any reason, please submit dates you know you will be available.
